JobLogics is an integrated construction management and accounting solution that allows jobs to be created in projects and/or subprojects which makes it ideal residential homebuilders and subcontractors.
The system includes estimating using "QuickBid" processes. The estimating functionality includes identifying work scope, available options with options pricing, material takeoff with delivery schedule identification, preliminary job schedule creation, and contract proposal preparation.
